Posted On: 10/13/2026 Truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a dentist. Karly and Monique were both patient, caring, and very informative. Dr. Wagner was thorough and knowledgeable without pushing extra procedures.

From the moment you walk in, you can tell this isn’t your typical dental office. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Every dental hygienist I’ve had has been so warm, personable, and easy to talk to. They genuinely make you feel like you’re catching up with a friend!

And Dr. Kramer is fantastic! He’s incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and does an amazing job. He always makes me feel comfortable, and his great personality and sense of humor make the whole experience that much better.

What I love most is the overall atmosphere. The entire office has such a fun, relaxed, and welcoming energy while still being incredibly professional. You can tell they have a great team and genuinely enjoy what they do. It’s refreshing to find a place that takes their work seriously without taking themselves too seriously!

I had such a great time and felt so welcomed and comfortable with the staff during my visit. Posted On: 09/21/2026 Over the years, I’ve needed quite a bit of dental work for various reasons, so I’ve had experiences with many different dental offices. I can genuinely say that Dr. Wagner and his staff are by far the best dental team I have ever been to.

From the very beginning, I have been met with nothing but kindness, patience, compassion, and absolutely no judgment. Dr. Wagner and his staff consistently go above and beyond to make sure my comfort is a priority, and the level of patient-centered care they provide is something I have rarely experienced anywhere else.

Dental visits can be especially difficult for me because certain things can trigger a great deal of anxiety. What means more to me than they probably realize is how naturally the staff responds when I am struggling. They create such a calm, therapeutic environment and have helped me use different relaxation and breathing techniques to get through procedures. They give me time when I need it, explain what is happening, check in with me frequently, and never make me feel like I am an inconvenience for needing a little extra patience.

What makes this even more meaningful is that they don’t know my entire background or the experiences that have contributed to some of these reactions. They don’t need to know in order to treat me with compassion. They simply recognize when a patient is having a difficult time and respond with kindness.

There have been moments when I have felt embarrassed by how anxious I was or by having a difficult time getting through something, but not once has Dr. Wagner or anyone on his staff made me feel ashamed. Instead, they have reassured me, given me time to breathe, and helped me feel safe enough to continue.

Dr. Wagner has been incredibly kind, gentle, and patient with me, and his staff reflects those same qualities. The care here goes far beyond simply taking care of someone’s teeth. They treat the whole person with dignity, compassion, and respect.

I don’t think they fully realize how much those small acts of patience and kindness can mean to someone. For me, they have made something that can be extremely difficult feel manageable and safe. Katie did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and taking X-rays. Monique did a phenomenal job working on my cavities. Everyone there is so professional, gentle and took the time to communicate what was being done without making me feel rushed. Posted On: 07/16/2026 I recently started going to Wagner Family Dentistry, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I've never been someone who looks forward to going to the dentist, but everyone here makes the entire process comfortable and stress-free.

From the moment you walk in, Traci and Rachel at the front desk are welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Katie does an outstanding job with cleanings and always makes sure you're comfortable throughout the appointment. The entire team truly goes above and beyond.

Dr. Wagner is honest, straightforward, and genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to explain what actually needs to be done without trying to upsell unnecessary treatment, which I really appreciate.
