Posted On: 04/15/2026 This dental office is top tier! New to the area and have been looking to find a solid, good dentist. I got a cleaning, fillings, and crown done here. All with high attention to detail, modern practices, flow and professionalism, calmness, and care. All of the dental equipment looks to be the latest and greatest as well. My little one visited too. The dental hygienist and dentist were great with them. They were super nice, patient, and communicative. They also got to choose from a treasure box at the end which was so cool. Posted On: 02/09/2026 I’ve been to several different dentists around Washington and never quite found one I felt fully comfortable with until I came to Wagner Family Dentistry.

Dr. Wagner is extremely skilled, and that confidence shows the moment he starts working. From a routine cleaning to fixing a crown, everything was done carefully, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. It’s honestly the first time in a long while that I felt relaxed in the dental chair.

The office staff is just as impressive. They are friendly, professional, and organized. They made the entire experience easy and comfortable from start to finish, which is not something I’ve been able to say about other dental offices in the area.

If you’re looking for a dentist in Washington who is highly skilled, trustworthy, and backed by a fantastic team, I can’t recommend Wagner Family Dentistry enough. Brian J google Logo Google Review

Posted On: 12/30/2025 I was so so nervous coming in as a fruit snack betrayed me and ripped my crown off over the holidays and unfortunately my tooth came with it and was not salvageable. It had been a few years since I had been to the dentist which had my anxiety through the roof but everyone welcomed me in and never once made me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed about my teeth. Posted On: 12/16/2025 Dr. Wagner and his entire office were so warm and welcoming. It’s hard to find a practitioner in any field these days who can put your mind at ease, make you feel calm and relaxed all while providing non judgmental and educated advice.

From the minute I stepped into office for my first exam and cleaning; I’ve received nothing but world class customer care. Dr. Wagner and the team have always given me my options and recommendations for next treatment steps; and taken care of anyone that I’ve recommended stop by their offices. Posted On: 10/20/2025 Looked for a new dentist close to home since our last dentist retired. Called the office and had an appointment in less than 2 weeks. They also put me on the call list if they had a cancellation and 2 days later they called and I had my 1st visit 2 days later. The staff are very warm and friendly. They explain in great detail the services offered and what that entails. The hygienist I saw was very detailed with everything that would take place. She was warm and friendly and very informative as she took the x-rays. She showed me areas that were of concern. She worked quickly and was very gentle. Dr. Wagner is also warm and friendly. He went over the x-rays and set up a course of treatment. It’s very obvious this office cares about their patients. I’m looking forward to a longstanding relationship with Wagner Family Dentistry.
